Michelle is originally from Southern California. She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Prior to joining the Innova Joy team, Michelle was a substitute teacher at The Winston School San Antonio and worked at the Autism Treatment Center of San Antonio in the classroom before transferring into the Human Resources department.
In her spare time, Michelle loves to craft, play soccer, and spend time with her husband and baby girl.
