We will provide you with a confidential initial screening session at no cost to you. Our expertise in trauma treatment and behavioral health can help you feel confident that you will be getting the answers you need to make the most informed decision regarding the available healthcare choices for your teen.
If it is determined that our residential treatment center is the right step for your teen, we will work with you to set up payment and travel arrangements for their stay with us. We even have a packet of information for your family that we will send to you to pass along to loved ones in your life to help answer their questions, so you don’t have to.
Once payment and travel arrangements have been made, we await your teen’s arrival to begin their journey to healing. Because everyone’s path is different and many factors can impact the amount of care that is needed or allowed, it is difficult to say how long your teen’s stay will be. However, our team will communicate with you every step of the way to make sure your teen is well taken care of.
Innova Joy aims to reduce as many barriers to receiving care as possible, including financial ones. Most insurance companies cover the costs of our residential treatment center, and we have staff dedicated solely to processing claims and advocating on behalf of clients for inpatient mental health services.
